Spring-loaded SL brakes are designed for all applications where a fail-safe brake is required. They consist of a hydraulic assembly, a plate assembly and a driven hub that can be supplied on request, directly from Transfluid or built by the customer.
Our range of Drum and Disk brakes includes negative type i.e., the braking action happens when the brake is not electrically actuated. The braking force is obtained using a spring that transmits its amplified force to the braking drums through the braking pads. The product includes a welded steel structure. The brakes are built in accordance with DIN15435, while the disc brakes are protected by hot-dip galvanizing.
